THE NPC EVENT IS A NATIONAL QUALIFIER AND QUALIFIES YOU FOR 2025 THROUGH DEC 2026! IFBB PRO EVENT IS A QUALIFIER FOR THE 2025 MR. OLYMPIA AND MASTERS OLYMPIA FOR MASTERS OVER 35 CLASSES!

*TRAINERS WITH BACKSTAGE PASSES MUST BE CURRENT "ACTIVE" NPC MEMBERS FOR NPC EVENT OR HAVE AN "ACTIVE" IFBB PRO LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025

IFBB PRO TRAINERS MUST HAVE AND "ACTIVE" IFBB PRO LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025 AS WELL. This is in addition to purchasing a Trainers Pass and is not included in the cost of that pass. NPC cards MUST be purchased online through the NPCNEWSONLINE.com website. A link to join the NPC has been provided on the IFBBFLPRO.com page. Trainers passes must be purchased either online through the “TICKETING” section or can be purchased Friday evening at athlete check-ins or Saturday morning at the venue. If purchased at the venue all sales are CASH ONLY. The price is $200 plus applicable fees and includes both the full Pro and NPC events. This includes Pre-

judging and the Finals as well. If a trainer chooses to only attend a portion of the event

the price for the pass is still $200.00.

DATE: September 5th - 6th, 2025.

HOST HOTEL: The Westin. 100 Marina View Dr. Sarasota, FL. 34236

You must use the link provided to book your hotel in order to receive the discounted

rate. Please note the hotel cutoff date in the booking link. After this date the

discounted rate will no longer be available and room availability will no longer be

guaranteed.

TIME: See posted timeline on the front page of the event website IFBBFLPRO.com.

Times are subject to change based upon athlete registration totals. The final schedule

will be set by Thursday, September 4th, 2025. There will be a mandatory NPC athlete meeting at

the venue at 7:30 AM on Saturday, September 6th. All NPC athletes MUST attend this meeting to compete. Athlete access begins at 7am. Access before  7:00am is unavailable to athletes due to venue restrictions.

TICKETS: No tickets will be sold at check-ins. ALL tickets will be sold online

through the website until midnight Wednesday September 3rd. Tickets and Trainer

Passes can also be purchased Saturday morning for both Pre-judging and the Finals AT

THE DOOR of the venue Saturday morning and are CASH ONLY.

WHEN AND WHERE DO I REGISTER?

FOR NPC ATHLETES: Athletes can register online on this website by clicking the

“Register Now” link on the front page. You may also register for the show at check-ins

on the Friday night prior to the event between 5PM and 7PM at check-in'. Credit

cards and cash will be accepted for registration. No Checks will be accepted. You are

also required to obtain your 2025 NPC card. NPC Cards will not be sold at check-in. If

you need an NPC card you can follow the link on the event website, IFBBFLPRO.COM.

FOR IFBB PROS: All pros must register directly with the IFBB Pro League by clicking

the link on the front page of the event website IFBBFLPRO.com.

WHEN ARE CHECK-INS?

Check-ins for your hotel room are different than athlete check-ins for the show. Athlete

check-ins for the show are located at the venue. Check-in times will be posted here as the event draws closer. 

WHAT DO I WEAR AT CHECK-INS?

Bodybuilders, Classic Physique competitors and Bikini competitors are required to wear

their suits at check-ins. It is a good idea for all competitors to wear the suit they will be

competing in.

WHAT ABOUT TANING AND MAKEUP?

Tanning and make up will be available through Hot Spot Tanning. Tanning times are by

appointment and can be scheduled via the link on the front page of the

IFBBFLPRO.com website labeled “BOOK TANNING/MAKEUP”. HOT SPOT will be set

up to tan at the host hotel. They will also be doing touchups Saturday

morning very early (Typically 5-6am) at the hotel and starting at 7am at the venue.

Please check directly with HOT SPOT to verify these times and any other times that

they will be available. They are a separate company from us and set their own

schedule.

WHAT IS THE SHOW SCHEDULE? WHEN WILL I GO ON STAGE?

The show schedule will be posted at check-ins. The exact time you will go on

stage cannot be determined as we do not know how many competitors will be in your

class or the classes before you at this time.

WHAT ABOUT MUSIC FOR MY ROUTINE?

You can upload your music on this website under the “register now” Tab. After you go

through the registration process you will receive an email link to upload your music. You

may also bring your music to check-ins the Friday evening before the event. If you do

not have music then the DJ will select music for your routine.ARE KIDS FREE?

Children five years old and under are free. Please note that if seating is sold out the

child must sit on the parents lap.

SOME REMINDERS…

*The host hotel is in downtown Sarasota so there are lots of places to eat within a 5

minute walk.

*Make sure you have your NPC card. You can get yours online at

www.NPCNEWSONLINE.com or use the link on the front page of this website.

*Please be sure to bring an extra set of sheets with you to the hotel. The hotel will

charge you $150 for every item damaged by spray tan or otherwise.

*Check with the tanning company to find out where tanning will be at any point during this event. They are a separate company and therefore set their own schedule.

You can book your tanning and makeup by clicking “BOOK TANNING / MAKEUP” on the front page.

*ALL Athletes must check in at the posted times to be able to compete.

*Athletes will be responsible for any color/spray tan left on any seating area in the

venue or hotel. Please make sure you wear clothing that completely covers your body if

you choose to sit in any seating at either.

*It is your responsibility as a competitor to make sure you are ready to go on stage at

the appropriate time. No one will come looking for you if you are not ready for your

class.

*Tickets for any portion of the event are non-refundable as well as any and all entry

fees for Athletes.
